Tenant Introduction

With the rental only option we would find the ideal tenant, prepare the contract between them and the client and collect the deposit along with the first months rent.

Property Management

When managing your property we would find a suitable tenant, prepare the contract and collect the rent for the term of the contract. Cromwell Estate agency can deal with any maintenance issues promptly and professionally and notify the landlord if any repairs are required. At termination of the contract, we will conduct an end of tenancy inventory.

Rent Guarantee

This option is for the landlord who is looking for a guaranteed income throughout the year. When opting for rent guarantee, a fixed amount would be agreed between Cromwell Estate Agency and the landlord, payable on a monthly or quarterly basis. The contract between Cromwell Estate Agency and the landlord is based on a minimum of a one year, (not all properties are suitable for this option).
